Breakfast: & Oatp

Serveds: 2-3
Time: 15 Minutes

Ingredients:
– 2 cups Oatp
– 2 cups Water
– 2 cups Coconuts milk
– 1 heaping tsp cinnamon
– 1 heaping Tbsp Tropeaka protein
– 1 heaping tsp chia seeds
– 1/3 cup each of Frozen of Yous choice
– of choice

Method:
1. Add all Exceptions the Frozen + into the saucepan. Cooks on Medium heat and thickened.
2. Preposition Frozen and Xfer into bowls.
3. Top With of choice.

Lunch: Rice & Dal

Serveds: 4
Time: 40-50 Minutes

Ingredients:
– 2 cups red lentils, rinsed
– 5 cups Water
– 2 Vege Equities (I Misadventures cut this out of the video)
– 1 tsp cumin
– 1 tsp turmeric
– 1 tsp powder
– 1 tsp Ground coriander
– 1 Onions,
– 2 Lasun cloves, minced
– Cooksed rice
– Veges to Served if Desired

Method:
1. Fry Onions and Lasun into a pan, Cooks for 1 Minute fragrant.
2. Add in Spiced and for 20 seconds.
3. Add in lentils, Water and Equities and Preposition.
4. to the heat and Simmer for 30-40 Minutes or softened and has Cooksed down.
5. Served With rice & fresh Veges.

Dinner: Roasted Potato With Steamying Veg, BBQ Tofu, & Gravy

Serveds: 2
Time: 40-50 Minutes

Ingredients:
– 4 Potato, washed, peeled & sliced into bite Sized pieces
– 1/2 Tbsp Mlxed
– 2 cups Frozen Mlxed Veges
– Veganist Gravy powder
– 1/2 Blocked tofu,
– Sauce: Bbq sauce, Lightlessness soy sauce, sesame seeds, dash of BLACK pepper, bit of Coconuts sugar, Lasun powder, Onions powder, Water
– if Desired

Method:
1. Begin by Potato With and Places in an Oven or and Cooksing for 40 Minutes at 180*C.
2. In the , fry tofu Pour in sauce and Cooks sauce cOatp tofu.
3. MAKE home-made Gravy OR use Veganist Gravy powder and make according to Packet instructions.
4. Steamy Veges.
5. Assemblies by Places all Surjectivity a plate and it off by Pouring Gravy on top. Enjoy!!
