hello, i need a fitness plan for myself and my goal is to get a visible 6 pack and buff the rest of my body. I’m 5.5, 15 years old, 118 pounds and have 19% body fat. Although i do not have the accessibility to any gym equipment or gym due to COVID. I want to use body weight exercises to achieve this goal. Would it be possible with this workout routine
