trying this workout for as long as posible

day 1: done (kinda hard because i havn’t exersised in monhts because i was ill
day 2: done (had a lot of musclepain in by belly)
day 3: i did not got to be on my laptop so i did not do it
day 4: done the begining was easy because i skiped the day before but haveway it hurted so badddd so dont skip it also it was the first time i help my arms up the whole time during the side plank
day 5: done this was the easeiest day i do not see results yet but my belly does feel harder and i can exersice without getting out of breath

Doing this every day (trying to) till I get Abs💗💗
*btw my goal is to get abs not lose weight
Day 1✅ Done it was okay but my thighs and abs were burningg
Day 2✅ Done and it was a little bit easier then yesterday!
Day 3✅ I was a little bit sore because I was not too active today so it was a little bit harder today

I’ve been doing this for five days now. I can definitely see the lines. It definitely works. It’s not making my waist smaller or anything you can just see the lines. There is still flab and i’m not getting a flatter belly so far. I’ll update
