I’ve loved this flow✨ I felt so powerful aaaand THIS WAS THE VERY FIRST TIME I WAS ABLE TO DO THE CROW POSE !!!! I AM SO PROUD AND HAPPY. The tip of watching forward while doing the pose helped me so much.
