Great upper body workout. Loved the concentration on each muscle group. I now have my 16 yr old daughter doing some of your 30 minute workouts, she couldn’t walk after the first day. Keeping her fit since her tennis classes are cancelled at the moment. Thanks for sharing.

This the best upper body workout I’ve ever done. I was definitely lifting to failure and my heart rate was up the whole time without doing much cardio! ❤️❤️❤️

There is so much I love about this workout: I had sore legs from yest’s workout, so this was great upper body; but the intervals of cardio will help me recover from the soreness quicker. Also: let’s be honest, where T is lifting 15, I’m doing 8…or 5 haha! but I got a great sweat, great challenge, and just feel great! Thank-you!

Happy Monday Tracy!! This was my workout this morning, loved the 4 sets really burnt out my arms ! The last shoulder portion killed me 😅 got a good sweat going there as well ! I will be doing your new power hour later on this week can’t wait !!!! Have an awesome week girl 🤩
