A full day, from start to finish

Hi friends! I hope youre having a wonderful early morning! In my yearly study, I got many demands to do another post like this. I generally like looking back on these kinds of posts, however noting out everything that happens in the day with the current schedule and circumstance offers me the sweats. Its an “eat an elephant” type situation, and by taking it apart, bit by bit, it looks like a LOT, but when youre in it, its actually not that bad. In the end, I decided to go all out. Maybe one day I can review this particular post and ideally laugh since we finally made it through this odd time..
4:12 am. I hear Caro tap dancing on the bathroom flooring to be blurted. I have no idea why, however over the previous month, shes been waking us up in the middle of the night or very early morning to take her out. Ive tried SO many things (taking her on later strolls, making her dinnertime earlier, doggie CBD, taking her out late during the night and letting her take her sweet time) to no get. When the Pilot is house, he lets her out, however hes taking a trip, so shes alllll mine.
I let her outdoors and huddle on the sofa with a blanket and wait for her to bodyslam the door to let me know shes done and ready to come back in. I lie there with my eyes closed for 20 minutes and no sound of Caro. I walk outside, in my pajama shorts in the freezing cold air, and no Caro.
” Caro! Caro, come within!”.
Nothing.
I get a flashlight and roam to the side of your house and there she is, chillin. I tell her to go within and she avoids back into your house to snuggle in her pet dog bed.
I finally crash back out by 6, P comes in at 6:30 to ask if she can watch a program while she gets dressed, and my alarm goes off at 7:30. Im dragging but feel like its going to be one of those “fake it til ya make it” kind of days.
7:40 Make the girls breakfast and get Ps lunch out of the fridge. They have egg and cheese sandwiches on challah buns with raspberries and strawberries. Were all dressed and ready to go out the door by 8:15.

8:45 Back house from drop-off and Liv logs into her 2nd remote knowing class. (She missed the first one while we were taking P to school.) Given that weve been doing this for nearly an entire year (begun last March and here we are, like so numerous of my good friends out there reading this post), shes actually gotten the hang of it.
I write her schedule on a whiteboard so she understands what time to log into each class and am constantly neighboring to help her with supplies or questions.
Quick breakfast:.
an egg, 2 maple chicken sausages, spinach and my supplements.
( adrenal support, vitamin C, liquid vitamin D, selenium) and likewise have collagen coffee and the ladies leftover fruit from their breakfast drizzled with almond butter.
And a blitz around the home: put in a load of laundry, clean the cooking area, clean down bathroom counters, make beds, feed Caro and the guinea pigs, and clear the dishwasher.
9:45: I park it at the dining room table with my little work pal to end up an upcoming post, send out a Beautycounter group e-mail, and address e-mails.
In between my own work, I print out the important things she needs, make sure she has required supplies, assist her handle any tech problems, and renew water and snacks.

P is typically my cook while Livi is at dance or gymnastics, so she makes the salad while I work on Paleo chicken tenders and sweet potato french fries. She utilizes greens from our little garden that I assist her cut (Swiss chard, kale, and arugula), in addition to tomato and kalamata olives with salt and pepper.

Since we each have a fave salad dressing,( We dress the salads right before serving. P likes Primal Kitchen vegan cattle ranch, Liv likes olive oil with salt and pepper, and I like Primal Kitchen Lemon Turmeric).
For the chicken tenders, I coat them in egg wash and dig up in almond meal skilled well with salt, pepper, garlic, powder, smoked paprika, and oregano. They bake on parchment lined cookie sheets in the oven at 400 for 20 minutes, turning midway. Its the same amount of time for the frozen Alexia sweet potato fries.

6:15 pm: We have dinner together– the chicken tenders are a huge hit!- and the ladies play while I get things prepared for the next day. I clean the kitchen, make their lunches,.
( although Liv is remote, I still make her lunch beforehand due to the fact that it helps me get ahead on the day-long range finding out treat party).

8:30 pm: The kiddos are bathed, teeth brushed, hair dried, and ready for bed! I check out a couple of books to P while Liv reads in her bed, and after that sit with Liv in her room for a while before its time for lights out.
9:15 pm: The ladies are crashed, so its back to work for meeeeee. I answer any important e-mails or DMs that arrived at night, end up the next days post, make a graphic for a podcast, begin dealing with a brand-new PDF about meal planning, and schedule social networks scream outs on Coschedule.

What I liked about this day:.
In spite of the madness of the day, I feel like I got to invest outstanding quality time with the kids. I had a blast playing Old Maid with them and tag with P, and actually enjoy our area strolls., and while it felt like I was scrambling most of the day, I didnt feel too stressed.
Eats-wise, I feel like it was a solid day. I didnt skip any meals, got in a great deal of fresh fruit and vegetables, protein, and healthy fats, and didnt feel hangry. The only thing the day was missing out on was some sort of chocolate and red wine. The only thing I didnt love about my eats is that I had chicken two times in one day. I usually try to switch it up more, however it worked and the meals were all satisfying and good.
