I also like to start my day with something inspiring to put me in an excellent mood for the day. I like to have inspirational feeds in my email inbox so there is something to check out prior to I deal with “action products”. A few of my fellow bloggers I follow typically have inspiring posts, consisting of Snowbird In Training and Meditations in Motion, for which I am appreciative. There are also lots of books and websites with 365 inspirational quotes. I utilize Eknath Easwarans book Words to Live By.
Ive begun attempting to make my contribution by gathering motivation from different locations and posting something on the days when I dont have other topics to post.

Eknath Easwaran advises inspiring reading as part of his 8-point prepare for self-transformation in his book Passage Meditation. It is great for inspiring us to remain “on the path”. He particularly recommends it for ending the day before sleep. That works well for me. If the last thing I do is read something inspirational and calming, I drift off to sleep pretty quickly.
