What inspired you to keep going, even when you desired to give up?My inspiration to lose weight was being a new spouse and mother. How did you alter your eating habits?I had currently been a vegetarian for the previous 8 years. Rather of consuming bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, sugar, and drinking pop or juice, I chose to consume more fresh vegetables and drink more water. What did your exercise routine include? How frequently did you work out?I did HIIT regimens that I found on YouTube every day, alternating in between 30 minutes to 1-hour 30-minute sessions.. What is your current weight?My starting weight was 281 pounds on June 23, 2020. My goal is to get to a healthy BMI at 149 pounds.
