Yesterday I remained in the market purchasing veggies when I saw broccoli and pineapple going at a sensible price. I thought I could make a nice healthy smoothie with these. Yes I found this simple dish forweight loss in one of the older posts from 2013, therefore decided to repost this.

Having smoothies in breakfast can be the best thing one can do to their health. Although I myself do not have healthy smoothies daily but do attempt to have them atleast 3-4 times in a week. Smoothies are an excellent way of having fiber and nutrients.Smoothies empower immune system and helps in weight loss.
Now if I tell you I like broccoli in my smoothie you will seem like yuk. If you combine broccoli with pineapple then you will not get that sharp pungent taste, how can someone juice broccoli however thing is. One just requires to keep the best percentage so that one doesnt wind up having a bitter beverage.
Broccoli smoothie recipe is quite a simple one and will not take more than 5 minutes which includes juicing and cutting.
Here are the components for the healthy smoothie
1/4th cup sliced broccoli
1 cup chopped pineapple
1/2 cup green grapes
1/2 cup double toned milk
I believed I could make a nice smoothie with these. Healthy smoothies are a great way of having fiber and nutrients.Smoothies empower immune system and assists in weight loss.
Now if I inform you I like broccoli in my shake you will feel like yuk.
Technique– Just put all these things into a blender.I normally choose thick healthy smoothie but if you are novice in smoothies then make the consistency thin.Just add more milk and water otherwise you might not like the taste.
