What inspired you to keep going, even when you wished to provide up?I am 36 years of ages with 4 kids. I recently lost my mother to Covid on April 18, 2020, and I turned to food for convenience.. I am inspired by God, my household, and the prospect of feeling much better while living a healthy life! My household has a history of weight-related health problems, and I needed to break the cycle. There were times I felt like this was too hard. I kept telling myself, "Am I really going to let food be the factor I can no longer see my children?" I needed to keep focusing on the truth that I wished to someday dance at my daughters wedding, run around the park with my kids, and ultimately my grandkids. I eliminated fried food, bread, sugar, sodas, sweet, pasta, chips, cake, beef, pork, and whole milk. I included lots of fruits and veggies. I eat chicken, salmon, occasional shrimp, and turkey.
