< What was your inspiration? What inspired you to keep going, even when you desired to give up?I really think if you look good, you feel good. I was not pleased with the reflection I saw in the mirror. It began to impact me mentally, emotionally, and physically.. Operating in a hazardous work environment, which stressed me out tremendously, resulted in me relying on comfort foods and snacking to cope. Also, having 3 kids less than two years (the birth of my child and after that bring to life my twins) took a substantial toll on my body.. And ... lets not forget that dealing with a lockdown during the pandemic led me to overindulge in food. The lack of exercise just included extra pounds to my currently increasing weight.. That was the day I began my program and began my weight loss journey. My desire to regain my self-confidence, be a healthy/active mom to keep up with little ones, and take back control of my health and life were substantial motivators. How did you change your consuming habits?I adopted a low carb/keto diet and practiced intermittent fasting 5-7 days a week, just consuming in a 6-hour window. I avoided high calorie and sweet beverages. I was very disciplined with my program but still allowed myself cheat meals on celebrations.. I dealt with a virtual nutrition/fitness professional, @dr. trehunna, to help start my weight-loss journey. He developed a prepare for me to follow, with suggestions for food suggestions to workouts. How often did you work out?Initially, I started doing low effect cardio workouts, which consisted of walking/light jogs in my neighborhood and on my treadmill. I worked out for an average of five days a week however constantly listened to my body if I required to rest. What is your existing weight?My beginning weight was exactly 260 pounds on June 15, 2020. My current weight is 170 pounds. What is your height? 5 5 ″. Is weight reduction surgery part of your journey?No, weight-loss is not part of my journey.. What is the biggest lesson youve found out so far?Honestly, if you put your whole mind and heart into whatever you want to attain, you will succeed. Looking after yourself and being healthy is a lifestyle change that you need to devote yourself to for long-lasting results.. What recommendations do you have for women who wish to lose weight?Find what works for you and adhere to it.
