How did you alter your eating habits?I entirely altered my consuming habits. I went from consuming junk food and take out to cooking every meal. I cycle in between a vegan and a high protein, low carbohydrate diet. I changed bad carbohydrates with veggies like cauliflower rice and squash noodles. Ive changed my diet plan, and its changed my life.
How typically did you work out?I moved my treadmill in front of my TELEVISION and began strolling for an hour in the afternoons while enjoying a couple of programs. Now, I can run for 40 minutes straight.
