What was your motivation?I found out I had Chronic Kidney illness. I was ravaged, particularly since my kidney problem wasnt a result of the norm, such as diabetes and high blood pressure.
I instantly began to self destruct. My survival mode kicked, and I started looking into CKD and the best diet for my kidneys. I shifted my mind and started eating to live.
In March 2019, my entire mindset altered, and workout ended up being the missing out on link to my health. I slowly turned into a fitness center rat. I lost 53 pounds in 5 months..
Today, I am healthy, and my body looks great. Im 45 years of ages, and Im a Wellness Coach. I prepare to begin mentoring motivated people who want to alter their mind and diet in 2021.
