Dance Sculpt 30-minute cardio and strength workout #2

Today, I have some bloodwork, back-to-back podcast interviews and am putting the ending up touches on whatever for our Home Workout Warrior obstacle. All the exercises and details will go out on Saturday so were ready to rock and roll on Monday.
For todays workout, I have a new Dance Sculpt exercise for ya! Rather a few of you let me know you loved the last one, so Im thrilled to post another one here. Dance cardio is one of my favorite methods to move, so if you delight in these, please let me understand!

This is a fun and energetic dance-based cardio workout with an endurance strength section at the end. Please let me know if you offer it a try!
