If you are brand-new to meditation or to yoga, this can be a bit of a challenge, so in this session I present an incredibly useful breath strategy called Ujjayi to help us train the brain and body to focus as one.

My breath is my anchor, my anchor is breath.

anyone else doing BREATH in their own time? I think it’s amazing that others can do the 30 days in one go, personally I am doing a practise every two to three days, because it works best for me. xx
