Tomorrow we learn more about the benefits of breathing deeply. For today, listen to your inner teacher.

How are you feeling after this LISTEN practice?

The movement at 22:35 is my new favourite thing! It is absolutely amazing. It releases everything. Thank you so much!!! 🙂

Loved this so much! My kittens had the zoomies so were playing under me and jumping over me during bridge and table top: I got the giggles! Love that listening and play can co-exist so beautifully! x

Really needed this practice for my lower back today, it was great to release it at the beginning. I’m really enjoying finding the very subtle changes and feelings brought on by breathing 🙂

I love your videos, I find them so helpful. But with this one, it really hurt my lower back doing the bridge pose. I’m a waitress so I spend a LOT of time standing/walking/carrying things, so my lower back is already pretty sore. Would have been great to have some alternatives or maybe a stretch half way through? However, wonderful video as always.

Why there is a constant water dripping sound in the background. Anyone else notice that?

I’m a few days behind (finished day 4 on 1/9, will do day 5 today) and I’m ok with that. I have an intensely stressful job which I’ve been doing from home since March, and I have struggled with boundaries by having my work space in my home space. I started on Monday, 1/4 (I skipped Wednesday – was too much happening, which was a bit paralyzing, but got back to it Thursday). Rather than doing this in the mornings (when I meditate and have dedicated time with no meetings to catch up on emails and correspondence), I have been doing this program as soon as my last meeting of the day ends (before I get sucked into lots more follow-up, emailing, etc., for many hours into the evening). It has been the perfect way to create a boundary between work and “my” time in the evening. While I’m getting the heart rate up a wee bit for some good health benefits, it’s also slowing it, and my MIND, down, to focus on me. Going from the practice to the kitchen to prepare a healthy dinner has become quite enjoyable. Thank you, Adriene, for this marvelous program and your phenomenal positive energy. (Now, if I could just get Wanda to relax on the sidelines like Benji, that would be great too… alas, she’s a cat, who wants to be on me most of the time…)
