The energetic body can often go unnoticed. We don’t even realize we are quite off balance until things are so bad they begin to show up in a more harsh or glaring way.
Practices such as yoga and breath techniques, like Nadhi Shodhana, offer us a way to better keep in alignment.
How are you feeling today after this Balance practice?

This practice seemed to only last about 10 minutes, as a dancer I love the balances so this just flew by!

Did this Monday morning my time (Sydney) and yes my plane had a lot of turbulence, lucky I had a couch to save me from falling and I’m thankful for the encouraging words at the end saying to praise ourselves for just showing up, it’s getting me there! Thank you!

Today felt so frustrating and overwhelming, but I finally felt some peace when I was outside feeding our farm animals. Instead of coming inside to my mat, I pulled out my phone and did today’s practice right there under the sky. My hands and feet were REALLY grounded today 😊. As she started talking about sun and moon, I looked forward into the beautiful fading sunset and finally felt like I could TRULY breathe for the first time today.
