Day 1: pretty easy felt a little burn
Day2: has some soreness from day 1 and def felt some burn
Day3: MY STOMACH IS RLLY SORE AND IT HURTS REALLY BAD WHENEVER I TRY AND BEND….THE WORKOUTS HURT SO BAD THIS TIME….BUT AFTER my stomach didn’t feel as sore as it did before…

Ok imma try this (this is my third day, ill try and update every day)
day 1: DONE!! i mean it was hard by whole body was aching, but i got it done! i had to stop sometimes in the middle, my whole body was aching
day 2: DONE!! im so glad I didnt stop once! my core was on fire sheeshhh
day 3: DONE!! 2 rounds yasssss (I’ll update from now on), I am sorta seeing that ab line, im sweating like maddd
