Happy New Year! Resolution Time…

As Ive discussed Im not a huge fan of big sweeping “brand-new year, brand-new you” resolutions due to the fact that they typically fail. I believe ones like the two above, that are more like lifestyle “tweaks”, have a better opportunity of succeeding.

My second resolution is easier but also essential: make sure Im consuming enough water. On Dr. Gregers dietary site he has a video extolling the virtues of adequate water usage as a reliable and safe metabolic process booster.

Ive likewise checked out just recently that being well-hydrated can enhance sleep quality, something Im interested in since it enhances the essential health indicator heart rate variability.

I typically get a head start on New Years resolutions due to the fact that my birthday is Jan. 12, so I try to be much better about wellness-related things like much healthier eating in the preceding months, to give myself the offer of better health for my birthday. This year I let my guard down rather and partook a bit too much of all the Holiday treats around. So my very first resolution is to clean up that up and return to my affirmation of “no scrap, no exceptions, no settlements” that Ive discussed formerly.

And, obviously, there is more to life than eating and water. There are a lot of other things like being kinder and more offering, and following the principle. I try to do a good job of these all year long, however I can constantly make a resolution to try harder.
