Hard Training Day For Upper Body

This is fascinating because it sure felt like I was going hard. Possibly my HR didnt have time to increase to much due to the fact that the majority of what I did was pretty short, like single sets, or 30 sec periods. Anyhow I felt fantastic afterwards.

The other day was “UH” day as I described in My Current Training Plan. My heart rate variability reading remained in the yellow, “exercise with care”, but I felt great so I was still able to go pretty hard. Typical HR was only 94 with a max of 120L

My heart rate variability reading was in the yellow, “exercise with care”, however I felt great so I was still able to go pretty hard. This is interesting due to the fact that it sure felt like I was going hard. Anyway I felt excellent afterwards.
