I ate 3 idlis in night treat today. When I returned, I was not at all hungry. Typically I take 45 mins to return, so I make sure I consume enough not to starve!
I was so full that I believed I need to skip dinner. If I skip supper, I would be hungry by midnight.
I chose to consume right now. Now indicating 23:03 by my watch, this is a live update while I am consuming;-RRB-.
OK, I wont bore you more. Lets see what I consumed for late supper–.
1. Apple milk.
Skimmed muesli, milk and apple:-RRB-. To make it even healthier, use roasted oats and nuts rather of muesli. I do not mind muesli since I have actually got a sugar free one and I slouch to roast oats.
2. Almond dates milk.
A cup of almond milk with 2 dates chopped in.
I ate 3 idlis in night treat today. Idli is considerably healthy snack that we get in our workplace cafeteria. When I returned, I was not at all starving. Generally I take 45 mins to return, so I make sure I consume enough not to starve! Today it was a breeze and I bumped home in 20 minutes.

5. Pick your meal thoroughly.
