1 cup plain Greek Yogurt (I utilize Kirkland brand with 18g of protein per serving).
Drizzle of 100% pure natural maple syrup.
Confession time. Many high-protein pancake recipes taste artifice to me, however I still wished to bump my protein up at breakfast.

Why I love it: Adding protein from yogurt plus fruit is more filling than just pancakes alone, which implies less pancakes and more satisfying whole food– however doesnt compromising taste. Tastes like pie.
