This year just simply by, didnt even realize recognize 2020 was about to end. We cant deny that the year gone by evaluated us in every way but made us more powerful than ever.
Clearly it just died within a month, back to my old self, the same life, very same regular, exact same treats … You understand!
This year, I have actually done my research about how to stick to my plans and make my dream come true (An Indian can not live without the cloudy discussions … hehe) I want to lose at least 10 kilos this year. Obviously its tough, thats why you need a plan, my mother is of the viewpoint I cant do it, its too steep a deal. Challenge accepted mother, am going to own 2021! How To Stick To New Year Resolutions?
Please be sensible:
I understand you wish to lose weight or put on weight, however simply be reasonable with your ideas.
