okaayyy where the curve in my stomach starts is 31.5 inches and lower stomach is 35 inches 
Im gonna try and do this TWICE a day back to back and adding a couple of my own workouts
Day 1: intense indeed but not to the point where id sweat the first time but after the second time I was shaking a bit and was feeling moist but not sweaty.
day 2: I noticed how sore I was in my stomach when id stretch and around my pelvis also it was much harder this time but I did see that I built some stamina. remember I am incorporating some of my own workouts in this as well! so far I really like this!

Man I like u. I’ve been anorexic in the past, and now because of u I can get fit and still feel amazing. Your workouts aren’t triggering at all, finally I can get the abs I wanted properly.
