I just try so hard doing anything,but my back hurt so much and I am not sure if the problem it’s my back anymore because of how many exercises I skip or where I just lay down on my mat just because of “my back”,I never feel that weak before and maybe I am the only one who have this problem or maybe everyone have this problem but they do it even if the pain is horrible wh1t prove how weak I am for stoping an execises because of back pain, I just don’t know and it’s hard to feel like you’re really weak and that everyone is stronger than you,but what I know is that I have to keep going because if I quit I would be weaker then how weak I am now.

I don’t really feel the burn in my abs :(( I do a lil but not really. I’m on day 6 of the 2 week shred challenge and I felt like I could do more so I did this exercise too. Is it bc my body is getting stronger that’s why it doesn’t burn as much or am I doing the workouts wrong? For some it burns my arms or legs but not abs πŸ™ so maybe I’m doing it wrong
