< What inspired you to keep going, even when you desired to give up?After losing my daddy and then my mom ten months later, I went into a deep spiral and depression. (I am a just child with no siblings.). How did you alter your consuming habits?I stopped eating all sugary foods. Then, I cut out bread and fried foods. What did your workout regular consist of? I strolled at least three miles a day. Then, I bumped it as much as strolling plus dance class. After that, I introduced weight training into my routine. How typically did you work out? I started at two times a week and then bumped it up. Now, Im at 5 times a week. What was your beginning weight? What is your current weight?I began this journey at 375+ pounds in June 2019.
