What was your motivation? What inspired you to keep going, even when you desired to quit?
My motivation was my hunger to live long and not pass away at an early age. What motivated me to keep going was my ideas and my drive to reverse my diabetes, control my high blood pressure and reverse my fatty liver illness so that I can end up being fertile and develop.
How did you change your eating practices? I began a Vegan diet plan for 30 days and after that changed to a Keto diet. I cut out starches, like potatoes, rice, beans, and bread.
