< What was your motivation?My primary inspiration for getting healthy was my kids. I desired to set an excellent example for them. How did you alter your consuming habits?I lost 45 pounds by slowly including much healthier food. I started to consume more vegetables and entire grains while still periodically having my preferred meal. What is your workout regimen?
