Consume Good Food– I mentioned in the previous post that the citizens of durability town eat an exceptionally healthy diet plan, mostly plant based supplemented with health locally-caught fish. About everything they consume is extremely healthy, with absolutely nothing equivalent to the scrap food present in our western diet plan. They eat in abundance till complete, and do not think in dietary restraint. Im doing a follow-up to try to summarize the seven lessons from the book The Longevity Plan that I went over recently. They are explained in information in the first seven chapters of the book. Every one is illustrated with stories about a few of the centenarians the author, Dr. Day, communicated with. They are tough to sum up but Ill offer it a shot. I extremely advise reading the book to get the full wisdom on each of these lessons.

Construct Your Place in a Positive Community– MaSongmau, 108 year old and restricted to a wheelchair since of an injury in a fall, summed this lesson up with “here, we all take care of each other”.

I am a Mechanical Engineer born in 1953, Ph. D, Stanford, 1980. I have had both hips changed and a heart valve replacement due to a genetic condition.
