In this guide, Im sharing how I prepare for the week and how I execute the strategy (by making as much as possible beforehand).
Some of my preferred meal prep ideas:.
— Prep what takes the longest initially. If something needs to be cooking in the oven or Instant Pot, you can prepare that alternative first and after that clean, slice, and make the other quick preparation products on your list.
— Always have chopped veggies on hand. If theyre washed, chopped, and all set to go, theyre most likely to be consumed.
— It doesnt have to be all or absolutely nothing. Anything you can do to set yourself up for success is a GOOD thing! If you even prep one thing for the week, or strategy one supper, youre making life a bit easier for your future self.
