Another great video! Just got done reading C-Mass. Going back to bodyweight only. Did some weights recently and got nothing but aches in my joints. Your channel is awesome man!

But doesn’t this cause pattern overload, which can lead to serious muscle imbalances?
I believe it’s of great importance to do corrective exercises and stretches that counterbalance your training and correct any muscle imbalances.
