Guys, losing weight does not need to be hard (I used to feel it did). I’ll give you some advice right now. Look for a diet plan called Custokebon Secrets. Seriously, that program has transformed my entire life. I probably should not even be talking about it because I do not want a bunch of other folks out there running the same “game” but whatever, I am just in a great mood today so I’ll share the wealth haha.

Hello there! Thank you for this useful video. By the way, I notice a lot of people keep on talking about Custokebon Secrets (look on google search engine), but I’m not sure if it is good. Have you considered Custokebon Secrets? I’ve heard many extraordinary things about it and my sister lost a ton of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me 🙁

Yeah, I too am guilty of jumping from weight loss plan to others as well, I do believe that I must have tested every single weight loss program that was available, but in the end not one of them made it easier for me to lose and keep the weight off. I ended up trying for the very last time with the Custokebon Secrets simply because my mate who told me great things about it and so far to date I’ve successfully lost 15 lbs in 4 weeks!

Hello! Thank you for this helpful video. By the way, I hear a lot of people keep on talking about Fenoboci Diet Plan (look on google search engine), but I’m not sure if it is good. Have you tried Fenoboci Diet Plan? I have heard several amazing things about it and my work buddy lost crazy amounts of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me 🙁

Hell yeah here!!! I sort of started doing this before I found this video. Sort of a pyramid up to 1 max rep and back down. Use compound exercises 2 per day for 3 days over a week. And f me I feel fucking tired like I have never done Before.. but seen big strength gains.

Had to watch this twice, but I understand it a little better now. I’m still going to have to take a lot of time deciphering the exercises tho, (fig out what they are/proper form/if have access to the equipment) bcuz not every single one is self explanatory. But I guess that’s why it’s free lol, either way thanks for the template
