I saw many yoga groups in the parks, where a number of people from every age group carry out yoga and there was a trainer with each and every group from a specific institute. Those yoga groups made me believe about yoga once again however I was too shy to do yoga in the park.
After few days I decided to join the group, that group includes just middle to old age people, however I wanted to join yoga so I did. The first day, I was a little worried about whether I will be able to carry out yoga asana as I did years earlier. When these asanas got completed we began with meditation and breathing workout as this is a part of yoga and is good for mental health and plays an important function in relaxing the mind.
As the temperature decreases, it gets a bit difficult to do workouts morning outdoors. It is much better to do work out inside your home in winter seasons.
Here, I will discuss how I entered into yoga and how yoga assisted me in reducing weight and getting me a more flexible and toned body.
I desired to discover yoga and practice it routinely from the day I got couple of yoga classes in school as extracurricular activities as I loved the way how easily I was doing all those asanas as compared to others and the attention I was getting:P.
I searched for couple of yoga classes but found it rather costly, so I decided to stay with my night strolls and a little bit of workout. I was a bit lazy to get up early in the morning for exercises and strolls.
It was September 2012 that is last year; I started early morning strolls as my father insisted me to go for morning strolls instead of night strolls to get fresh air. I thought to provide the morning stroll a try and began moving in the district park of my area. I saw numerous yoga groups in the parks, where a variety of individuals from every age carry out yoga and there was a trainer with each and every group from a specific institute. Those yoga groups made me think of yoga once again however I was too shy to do yoga in the park.
After few days I chose to sign up with the group, that group includes only middle to aging people, but I desired to sign up with yoga so I did. The very first day, I was a little anxious about whether I will have the ability to perform yoga asana as I did years back. After 15 minutes, began with asana the very first asana was Suryanamaskar, and then carried out various asana for different body parts and each asana is carried out to treat some or other conditions too, I was getting all this details through the trainer. Couple of asanas were especially for weight reduction. Another asana consisted of was Dhanurasana, Halasana, Trikonasana, I am bad at keeping in mind these asana names, I find it tough.
It took an hour to carry out all asana, as the asana has to do in low strength and 1 minutes of rest is done after each asana. When these asanas got completed we started with meditation and breathing exercise as this is a part of yoga and is excellent for psychological health and plays an important function in unwinding the mind.
So my session of yoga was of one and a half hours. I felt so proficient at end of the session, so relaxed, energetic, and seriously I was feeling fresh the entire day. I was so much amazed that I felt delighted to get up early in the early morning for another yoga session, I might not believe myself nor did my parents, when they saw me awakening early in the early morning on my own.
The impact of yoga can be quickly seen on my face, in my body. I lost 2 kg in 2 months, I know the weight reduction is not much but I felt good about myself, and everybody was asking me the factor behind my toned body.
The weight reduction in yoga is a bit sluggish but it is irreversible, and as soon as you stop yoga, those extra pounds will not return even if you just inspect on your calories without workouts, however that does not mean you stop yoga after you achieve your targets.
For the last 2 and half months, I am on bed rest due to the fact that of a ligament tear on my foot, thats why I am off from exercises however I am missing out on yoga a lot. Yoga can make workouts so easy and as soon as you begin it, you will feel incomplete without it.
