This is among my preferred tough regional walks, east of town in the foothills. Its quite high and takes a bit under 15 minutes at a brisk rate pressing my bike. A workout tension test likewise takes around 15 minutes so Barnard is an excellent simulation. I got it down to 12:20 on this newest try. For me this is a fantastic length of a challenge, I recuperate rapidly after and feel great by the next day.
I did another of my “hard day” exercises that I do two times a week, but this time a walk for time up Barnard Riad worked as the uphill walking challenge.
