We have a radio/cd player in our dining-room, second-handed from my parents, who werent using it any longer. When we got it this past summer, I played Graceland like it was simply released, and for all of December I had actually the radio tuned to Magic 106.7, where its all Christmas music all the time. Whenever somethings playing, it feels like whatever Im doing has an included layer of richness and significance. Its like our home is sunnier and more alive. I want more of that.
Do not catastrophize a lot
Maybe you wake up feeling a little anxious one early morning and rather than just accepting that, hi, I feel off today, you evaluate the feeling to death. By the end of the day, youve persuaded yourself that you arent simply having a distressed day, you ARE an anxious person who will probably always feel this method. If Im worn out today maybe Ill get excellent rest tonight and tomorrow will feel much easier than today did.
Produce a cleaning schedule
Possibly this is simply what it is to be a mama of little kids or an adult with a desire to live in a clean house, however I feel like Im always cleaning up. Whenever I clean up the mirror in the restroom I say to myself, didnt I just do this?! Or Ill find a pile of god-knows-what kind of crumbs on the flooring and Ill ask, didnt I simply vacuum this early morning?! (I did) So perhaps a flexible cleaning schedule would assist. Some kind of calendar system to mark what Ill clean and when. There are day-to-day things, like wiping down the kitchen area counters and vacuuming, weekly things like cleaning the bathrooms and washing the floors, and month-to-month things like scrubbing our glass shower doors.
Remember the connection in between how I eat and how I feel

As Ive gotten older, Ive discovered that its gotten much easier and much easier to browse eating by remaining mindful of how I feel. Tuning in to how I feel when I consume this way or that method makes me more aware of how I want to feel (which is clear-minded, able to focus, and energetic).
…… These are simply some basic ideas that I think will assist make everyday life a little better and much easier. What are you intending on concentrating on in 2021?
