“Peaking” For My Exercise Stress Test

My approaching workout stress test is a few weeks away now so its time for me to “peak” my training for it, as in focusing on activities that carefully simulate the upcoming occasion. Morgan Hill is in a valley thats quite flat in the middle where I live, but gets very sloping on the two sides, which I can get to rapidly by bike. Its time to do a lot of quick walking in the hills.
