You can get in an overall body and balanced exercise strategy following the classes on the app. While Im consumed with the bike (more on that below), you do not require to own a bike or tread to take advantage of the incredible workouts on the platform. While I have sample Peloton workout plans in this post, I wanted to produce an additional one that you can use if you dont own any of the cardio devices.
I really like Jess Sims for strength workouts, Dennis and Aditi for yoga, and Robin for outdoor runs.
Is the Peloton bike worth it?
Its one of my favorite purchases, ever, even after all this time. I still use the bike 1-2 times per week and am so glad for a cardio choice that I can do at house while the kiddos are here. Its well-crafted, the instructors are motivating, the music is AWESOME, and I have absolutely no grievances. I have my eye on a treadmill, so well see if 2021 is the year I decide to go all out.

Sunday: 60 minutes Bootcamp: Full Body. Do not hesitate to sub in any other total body exercise you like!
Monday: 30 min Outdoor Run or 30 min Power Walk
Tuesday: 20 minutes Chest & & Back Strength// 10 minute Core Strength
Wednesday: 20 minutes Glutes & & Legs Strength// 15 min HIIT Cardio
Thursday: OFF or gentle. Attempt among their corrective yoga classes, 10 minute Full Body Stretch, or meditatio classes on this day!
Friday: 45 min Yoga Flow or 45 min Pilates (Ive only taken among the brand-new Pilates classes however feel like the yoga classes are more challenging/dynamic. Pick based upon how you feel!).
Saturday: 30 min HIIT Cardio or 30 minutes Outdoor Run.

This post has some of my favorite exercises on the Peloton app. I recently fell in love with bike bootcamp!! Its such an enjoyable and difficult way to alter the regimen. Thats no concerns if you do not have the bike! There are SO many incredible classes on the app. I really love Jess Sims for strength exercises, Dennis and Aditi for yoga, and Robin for outside runs. I havent attempted any of the Pilates classes yet but cant wait!
