What was your motivation?I was tired of how I felt and looked. I was extremely dissatisfied with my body.
What inspired you to keep going, even when you wished to offer up?I actually wanted to attain my goals. Feeling much better every day, exercising, and seeing the results kept me going.
When did you start your journey?I started in December 2019. I had Gastric Sleeve weight reduction surgery on December 16th, 2019.
The length of time did your improvement take?One year.
How did you alter your consuming habits?I had stomach sleeve surgery, so I had to alter my eating routines prior to and after so the surgical treatment would be successful.
I stopped consuming sodas and sugary beverages. I consume more protein, veggies, fruit, protein beverages, and lean meats (chicken, salmon, and turkey).
What did your exercise routine consist of?How typically did you work out? When the pandemic occurred, I began working out with my trainer via Zoom 5 days a week for 40 minutes at 7:30 am.
