If Im doing it a lot I use the parking garage so I do not trouble the house renters.

Stair climbing is a good workout thats one of the few activities of day-to-day living that forces us to use more intensity. If you have any joint constraints you can limit the impact by taking the stairs up and the elevator down if ones offered.
I took the stairs one at a time due to the fact that a couple of months ago I exacerbated my piriformis muscle doing stairs 2 at a time. It took me 23 secs so Im pleased to have actually passed Dr. Peteiros test.
