When doing the last pose, the split like one, my body falls back unless I use an immense amount of effort from my abs or hold my legs or something in front. Can anyone recommend me what to do to progress in this pose :)?

The last excersise always gets me! I am not flexible at all, so even with my legs straight in front of me I have trouble staying up! My body just wants to fall back to the floor instead of skewer forward. Gravity is not helping me go down in this one…so I can’t breathe in to it. Does anyone have any tips for this? <3
