I’m sorry but I hate this video. I usually do the others but this was just awful the instructions weren’t really clear and you magically stacked your pillows at the begining via editing and never brought it up which is confusing and just annoying

Went to the ER two days ago and they told me I have really high BP. Have to change diet and exercise. Going to start the 7 day challenge. I really enjoyed this video. Wish me luck!
