What is this unnecessary “for man” supposed to say at all? Why do you need to divide between gender?

I really appericate the effort and time for you to making this. Men usually don’t care about flexibility and streching much but it’s an important work that we should add to our routine. Sadly however,most men won’t benefit from a workout like this. Not only we are not built as flexible as women to do some streches you’ve shown in this video right away,but how many men can really do a Handstand ? Of course i get the idea that you have to work your way up and improvement will happen in time. But since this was the first episode,i was hoping to see some more beginner friendly movements. Regardless,thank you for sharing and have a nice day !

Will I eventually stop shaking in positions? My core is weak and balance is therefore not great, but managed to get in most of the poses. Great class, new to yoga but what an experience.
